I provide guidance and listen, reflect, and challenge them to explore new possibilities and ways of thinking so they can accelerate that learning and become confident new leaders long after our work is done.

I was a mid-level manager with a large team and many frustrations.
I understand how lonely it is at the top and how leaders can often be afraid to show they don't have the answers because I was there. And I have 20 years of expertise in leadership coaching and development, women's leadership, culture and facilitation across 4 different industries with leaders and individuals of all levels.
I am not just coaching from a book. I have the rare ability to blend experience, theory, and effectiveness to come up with customized plans that work in the real world.
