Hi, I'm Sohee.
Over my 20+ years navigating the corporate world and coaching thousands of highly ambitious female and Asian professionals, I’ve learned that success shouldn't cost your well-being. Armed with a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, I wrote The Aligned Mindset and Mommytracked and host the asian, like me... podcast to help women unlock their authentic power.
But I also know the entrepreneurial journey firsthand. I started a business in my early 30s and totally FAILED at it. Today? I’m a mom of 3, founder of a thriving coaching practice of nearly a decade, and founder of EVRten (creators of the Nourish protein bar and Clarity candle).
